The list below provides links to spreadsheets in which the values for the regional tables used to calculate the levels of concessionary agricultural fuel per hectare and per crop are presented. It is possible to compare these values with the corresponding values contained in the Appendix to the Ministerial Decree issued by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MiPAF) on 26 February 2002.
Such a comparison reveals the nature and extent of the variations (almost always increases) used by the regions in relation to the average values prescribed in the tables produced by MiPAF. In addition to these increases, further increases are also applied - these secondary increases are not related to crops but to aspects such as the parcelling out of property and the distance between plots.
The purpose of such a general summary table is to provide a snapshot of the situation - a snapshot that may then be employed as the basis for an analysis that could lead to greater consistency in the granting of agricultural fuel concessions throughout Italy.
As far as the new tables are concerned - that is to say, those relating to the granting of fuel concessions for crops and processes not covered by the aforementioned MiPAF Decree of 26 February 2002 - a similar type of analysis and comparison can be used in order to produce new tables (shown below) that take the values contained within the existing regional tables and make them apply nationally. This would then make it possible to propose new average values, on a par with those prescribed in the tables produced for the MiPAF Decree of 26 February 2002.

The regional reference guidelines adopted are as follows:
