ENAMA uses the personal data supplied by its registered users in accordance with the regulations prescribed by Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (The Italian Data Protection Code - hereafter referred to as the "Code"). To exercise your rights under Article 7 of the Code and to receive more information on the methods used to collect data and the use of personal details, or to ask questions or make proposals, please contact the ENAMA office directly. In accordance with Article 13 of the Code, ENAMA is required to provide its users with specific information on the purposes and uses of their personal details.
