OECD press conference: "The point on world agricultural mechanization"
The press conference will take place at the headquarters of the Organization in Paris and will be held by Sandro Liberatori (Director of ENAMA National Organization for Agricultural Mechanization), as Chairman of the OECD Table, who will illustrate how in a worldwide context which sees more than 50 million registered tractors, over 1 billion agricultural operators and billions of tons of agricultural products placed on international markets each year, the role of the OECD Codes for agricultural tractors are of primary importance to ensure the safety of workers, environment, and food production.
In addition, an exhibition of farm tractors tested under the OECD codes and produced by Italian companies, was set up in the garden of the OECD headquarter.
At the end of the conference will be offered to the present, including delegates from the participating countries and overseas representatives at the OECD, the typical Italian products provided by the ONILFA (National Observatory for Entrepreneurship and Women's Agriculture in MIPAAF) and by Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium.
